01

Introduction

Welcome to AUUNS.

AUUNS LLC ("AUUNS," "we," "our," or "us") is an independent video game development studio based in Edwardsville, Illinois, United States.

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit our website, https://auuns.online (the "Website").

This Privacy Policy explains our information practices, including the use of website analytics, cookies, third-party services, and the rights available to visitors.

By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

02

Information We Collect

Our Website primarily provides information about AUUNS, our game development projects, and our studio.

We do not currently offer user account registration, online purchases, or newsletter subscriptions through the Website.

However, certain information may be collected automatically when you visit.

Information Collected Automatically

Depending on your device, browser settings, and the analytics services enabled on our Website, we or our service providers may collect:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on those pages
  • Referring websites or traffic sources
  • Approximate geographic location derived from IP addresses
  • Website interactions and general usage statistics
  • Cookie identifiers or similar technical information

This information helps us understand how visitors interact with the Website and identify opportunities to improve its performance, accessibility, and content.

Information You Voluntarily Provide

If you contact AUUNS directly by email, we may collect the information you choose to share, including your name, email address, message, and any other details included in your correspondence.

We use this information to respond to inquiries and communicate with you.

03

Our Games (Track and Field PR)

When you play Track and Field PR, we collect and process:

  • Account information: when you sign in with your Epic Games account, Epic Online Services gives us your Epic account ID, a game-specific player ID and your display name. We do not receive your Epic password, email address or payment details from Epic.
  • Game progress: your athlete’s ratings, level, XP, PR Points balance, personal bests and race results, stored on our game servers so your progress is the same on every device.
  • Gameplay and anti-cheat data: race data such as reaction times, the timing of your button presses, input device type (keyboard or controller) and network timing. We use this to run fair races, detect cheating and improve the game. Easy Anti-Cheat (provided by Epic Games) also runs while you play online to protect fair play.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and connection information needed to connect you to our servers.
  • Purchases (future): if we offer in-game purchases, payments are handled by the store platform (for example the Epic Games Store). We receive a confirmation of what you bought, not your card details.

How we use it: to run the game and your account, keep progress and currency safe, prevent cheating, provide support and improve the game. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with: Epic Games (Epic Online Services and Easy Anti-Cheat) and the hosting providers that run our servers, only as needed to operate the game.

How long we keep it: account and progress data for as long as your account is active; detailed race and anti-cheat data for up to 12 months, unless needed longer to investigate cheating.

Your choices: you can ask us to access, correct or delete your game data (including your progress) by emailing contact@auuns.online from the address linked to your inquiry and including your in-game display name. We will respond within 30 days.

Young players: Track and Field PR is not intended for children under 13. Players aged 13 to 17 should play with a parent or guardian’s permission. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game, contact us and we will delete their data.
